The Deal
By using this website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. Simple as that. We reserve the right to update these terms, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
Our Products
OX Superfoods sells dietary supplements made from freeze-dried organ meat. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. We're in the business of real food nutrition, not medical claims. Consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen.
Ordering & Payment
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason — including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability. All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.
Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Free standard shipping on all orders. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or acts of God. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns & Refunds
We stand behind our product with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll process a refund — no twenty questions, no guilt trip. Return shipping is on you. Opened products are eligible for refund; we're not going to punish you for actually trying it.
Subscriptions
If you sign up for a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the agreed-upon interval. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date. No cancellation fees, no retention tactics, no begging you to stay. Cancel means cancel.
Intellectual Property
Everything on this site — the name, the logo, the bison, the copy, the photos — belongs to OX Superfoods. Don't copy it, reproduce it, or use it without our written permission. We worked hard on this brand and we'll protect it.
User Conduct
Don't use this site for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful. Don't try to hack it, scrape it, or overload our servers. Treat our platform the way you'd treat someone's property — with respect. Violations may result in being banned from purchasing.
Limitation of Liability
OX Superfoods is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. We sell supplements, not insurance policies.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law. We'd rather settle things like adults, but if it comes to it, the law is the law.
